What's Inside

Six agents on top.
The data surfaces underneath.

The agent layer reads your filings, your peers', and every public company's — then drafts the angles, emails, and replies you'd write if you had the time. Underneath: the surfaces that hold the shareholders, mentions, engagement, and content the agents read from. You always approve before anything leaves.

The Agent Layer

Six agents quietly working in the background.
You always approve before anything goes out.

Most IR tools are dashboards you stare at. SharePulse's agents read your data, propose actions, and draft what you'd send. Nothing leaves on its own — but the work of figuring out who, what, and why is already done.

01

Catalyst Translator

Reads what your peers announced. Drafts angles you could plausibly run.

Reads

Peer press releases, 8-Ks, news mentions, and the 7/30-day stock reaction in your peer cohort.

Produces

Identified lever (M&A / raise / milestone / partnership), stock impact on the peer that ran it, and 3–5 angles you could adapt — each citing the peer filings and PRs it pulled from.

You decide

Pick which angle to actually run. Each comes with an honesty check naming what you'd need to back it.

Example

Peer announces a strategic raise. Translator scores +14% 30-day reaction, drafts three adapted angles — e.g. 'frame our last raise as the same playbook with a different end state' — and cites the four 8-Ks behind the pattern.

02

Pro Outreach Queue

Surfaces who's worth a personal email. Writes the draft.

Reads

Your subscriber list, doc downloads, NOBO matches, manual tags, and your prior public statements.

Produces

Ranked queue of high-value contacts — Pros (RIA / fund / analyst), Accrediteds, dormant holders, heavy downloaders — plus a compliance-safe email per contact written in your voice using retrieved samples.

You decide

Approve, edit, or skip each draft. Nothing sends on its own. Replies log back into the contact's record.

Example

An RIA who's opened your last six emails downloads your investor deck twice in a week. Queue surfaces them at the top with a draft that references their engagement pattern and links to the specific filing they keep coming back to.

03

Investor Quality Scoring

Classifies every subscriber so the right people surface first.

Reads

Email domain, employer, role, content engagement, doc requests.

Produces

Class label per contact — Pro / Accredited / Retail / Unknown — with a rationale you can read and override.

You decide

Override any classification. The score feeds the outreach queue and the funnel.

Example

A new subscriber signs up with a hedge-fund domain. Quality Scoring tags them Pro with rationale ('domain match: known fund + LinkedIn role: PM'). They jump straight to the top of the next outreach pass.

04

Mention Analyst

Reads every ticker mention. Flags what needs a reply.

Reads

Reddit, StockTwits, Yahoo Finance, Google Alerts, SEC EDGAR.

Produces

Sentiment score, topic tag, FUD flag — and a compliance-safe reply draft on demand for the ones worth engaging, referencing your prior public statements where relevant.

You decide

Decide whether to respond. The draft is a starting point, not a send button. Coordinated FUD patterns are surfaced separately.

Example

Three accounts post the same misleading claim about your gross margin across two subreddits in 24 hours. Mention Analyst surfaces the pattern, links to your last 10-Q where the real number lives, and drafts a non-defensive correction.

05

Peer Research

Finds the companies running the playbook you want to run.

Reads

Your reference cohort and the lever you weight (price action, volume, insider buying, PR cadence, institutional accumulation).

Produces

Ranked peer leaderboard + one-paragraph playbook brief on each top performer. Includes Find Peers (similarity to you) and Find Companies (free-form thesis).

You decide

Pick which peers to add to your watchlist. They feed back into Catalyst Translator the next time they file.

Example

You weight 'PR cadence + insider buying'. Peer Research ranks 12 companies running that combination, with a brief on each — 'X has filed 6 8-Ks in 90 days, insider bought $400K in May, +28% price move' — and tells you which were the leading indicators vs the noise.

06

LLM Perception Audit

Asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok what they know about you.

Reads

Your ground-truth facts (revenue, segments, recent moves) and a monthly schedule.

Produces

What each model says about you, fact-checked against ground truth, scored on accuracy + discovery + sentiment. Trend over time so you can see whether your filings and PRs are landing.

You decide

See which press releases and filings actually moved AI perception — and which got ignored.

Example

Last month ChatGPT thought you were a $4M-revenue agency. This month, after your Q3 8-K and three earnings-related posts, it says $11.6M and lists your three reporting segments. The audit shows you which content moved the needle.

Always a human in the loop. Every agent surfaces decisions and drafts text — grounded in your knowledge base and citing where claims came from — but no email sends, no reply posts, no action gets taken without your approval. The agents do the analysis and the typing. You stay accountable for what your company says and does.

The Data Underneath

Agents are only as good as the data they read.

Underneath the agent layer are the surfaces that hold what they read from — your shareholders, your mentions, your funnel, your content, your AI-perception baseline. Each is a real product surface you can use directly. The agents just give you a faster way to act on what's in them.

What does ChatGPT tell investors about you?

Investors are asking AI about your company right now. Is it getting your revenue right? Does it even know you exist? Monthly audits across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok show you exactly what they say -- and what they get wrong.

  • Same questions, four AI models, compared

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok all get asked about your company. See who knows you, who hallucinates, and who draws a blank.

  • Checked against your actual numbers

You define ground truth: revenue, products, team, strategy. Each audit checks what the AIs got right ("$11.6M revenue" vs "approximately $8M") and what they missed.

  • Track whether AI is getting smarter about you

Composite score: does it know you exist? Is the info correct? Is the tone positive? Track it monthly and see if your press releases and filings are making a difference.

For IR Firms

Agency Mode.
Your network compounds across every client you sign.

SharePulse for IR firms isn't just a tool with multi-tenancy bolted on — it's built around the things firms actually do that issuers can't: maintain a network, introduce people across clients, and remember what worked for one client when pitching another.

Agency Overview

Every client issuer in one card-grid view. Per-card health metrics: shareholder count + delta, subscriber growth, pending Pro Outreach Queue items, AI Visibility score, last activity. Sort by 'needs attention' to triage your morning across the whole book in 30 seconds.

My Network

Your firm's network of brokers, analysts, fund PMs, RIAs you know personally — shared across every client. Sarah Chen lives once. When you intro her to a 4th client, the system knows it's her. View any contact's full intro history across all your clients with one click.

Cross-client introductions

Every personal intro you log gets attributed to a client AND linked back to your firm-level network contact. Pending follow-ups roll up into the Agency Overview's attention flag. The relationship value of your network compounds across every engagement.

Multi-tenant by design

Each firm's data is fully isolated. Your client list, network, and intro history are private to your firm — invisible to any other SharePulse customer. Cross-firm access attempts via crafted requests are logged and blocked.

Pricing built for growth

$799/mo for your first 3 clients. $499/mo each after that.

Per-client pricing scales with you. The agency tools (My Network, Agency Overview, multi-tenant) are included from client #1 — no base fee, no upgrade tier to unlock them.
