The Problem

IR at small-cap is broken in specific ways.

The data exists. The tools are priced for $5B companies. Nobody has wired any of it together for someone running IR at this scale — whether the ticker is yours or your client's.

01

You don't know who actually owns the stock

NOBO lists arrive quarterly as PDFs. By the time you read them, the data is stale. You have no idea who bought, who sold, or why.

02

Market chatter happens without you

Reddit threads, StockTwits posts, Yahoo Finance comments. Someone's talking about the stock right now. You'll find out three weeks late.

03

Enterprise IR tools are priced for $5B companies

Bloomberg Terminal? $24K/year. IR consulting firms? $50K+ retainers. The economics don't work for a $30M issuer — and they don't work per-client at an agency either.

04

No feedback loop on the IR work

Posts, newsletters, 8-Ks, investor dinners. Did any of it actually move liquidity, shareholder growth, or engagement? Without attribution, every renewal conversation is a hunch.

Plus, if you run IR for multiple clients

Per-client peer research eats half your week

Every client wants peers analyzed weekly. You can't scale a team into doing the same work over and over.

Intros don't compound across clients

One intro to a fund PM could benefit three clients. Right now it sits in one inbox thread and never finds the other two — and you can't show any client which intros actually closed.

Two ways to start

One platform. Two scales.

Whether you're running IR for one ticker or many, the work compounds in the same place.

Core Surfaces

The data layer.
Wired together so the agents have something to work with.

Three surfaces feed everything else: who owns your stock, what the market is saying, and what your AI has actually read. The agent layer below operates on top.

Shareholders

See Who Owns Your Stock

Upload your NOBO PDF and see who bought, who sold, and which brokerages hold your shares. Parsed in 10 seconds. QoQ changes flagged. Match shareholders to your CRM contacts so you know who they are as people, not just rows.

Catch Every Mention In Real Time

Your Filings, Decks, And Content — Searchable By Your AI

Upload your investor deck, paste your earnings script, point us at your site — we chunk and embed it into a private knowledge base scoped only to you. Every agent retrieves from it. Drafts cite where claims came from. No more wondering whether the AI just made it up.

The Agent Layer

Six agents quietly working in the background.
You always approve before anything goes out.

Most IR tools are dashboards you stare at. SharePulse's agents read your data, propose actions, and draft what you'd send. Nothing leaves on its own — but the work of figuring out who, what, and why is already done.

01

Catalyst Translator

Reads what your peers announced. Drafts angles you could run.

Reads

Peer press releases, 8-Ks, news mentions

Produces

Identified lever (M&A, raise, milestone, partnership) + 7/30-day stock impact + 3-5 adapted angles you could plausibly run, each citing the peer filings and PRs it pulled from

You decide

Pick which angle to actually run. Each comes with an honesty check naming what you'd need to back it.

02

Pro Outreach Queue

Surfaces who's worth a personal email. Writes the draft.

Reads

Your subscriber list, doc downloads, NOBO matches, manual tags

Produces

Ranked queue of high-value contacts (Pro / Accredited / dormant holders / heavy downloaders) + a compliance-safe email per contact, written in your voice using retrieved samples from your own past content

You decide

Approve, edit, or skip each draft. Nothing sends on its own.

03

Investor Quality Scoring

Classifies every subscriber so the right people surface first.

Reads

Email domain, employer, role, content engagement, doc requests

Produces

Class label per contact — Pro (RIA / fund / analyst), Accredited individual, Retail, Unknown — with the rationale

You decide

Override any classification. The score feeds the outreach queue.

04

Mention Analyst

Reads every ticker mention. Flags what needs a reply.

Reads

Reddit, StockTwits, Yahoo Finance, Google Alerts, SEC EDGAR

Produces

Sentiment score, topic tag, FUD flag — and a compliance-safe reply draft for the ones worth engaging, referencing your prior public statements where relevant

You decide

Decide whether to respond. The draft is a starting point, not a send button.

05

Peer Research

Finds the companies running the playbook you want to run.

Reads

Your reference cohort and the lever you weight (price, volume, insider buying, PR cadence)

Produces

Ranked peer leaderboard + one-paragraph playbook brief on each top performer + Find Peers (similarity to you) + Find Companies (free-form thesis)

You decide

Pick which peers to add to your watchlist for ongoing tracking.

06

LLM Perception Audit

Asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok what they know about you.

Reads

Your ground-truth facts (revenue, segments, recent moves) and a monthly schedule

Produces

What each model says about you, fact-checked against ground truth, scored on accuracy + discovery + sentiment

You decide

See which press releases and filings actually moved AI perception over time.

Always a human in the loop. Every agent surfaces decisions and drafts text — grounded in your knowledge base and citing where claims came from — but no email sends, no reply posts, no action gets taken without your approval. The agents do the analysis and the typing. You stay accountable for what your company says and does.

Differentiation

Why this is different.

Four decisions we made that no enterprise IR platform would ever make.

01

Designed for how IR actually happens at sub-$1BN

You're not running a Bloomberg Terminal. You're an Issuer posting on LinkedIn or an IR firm bouncing between four clients in a day. SharePulse is built for that reality, not for a $5B company's dedicated IR department.

What this means

NOBO PDF uploads in 10 seconds. Retail-shareholder focus. Multi-client agency view. No institutional-only features you'll never use.

02

Connects content to actual shareholders, not just impressions

Every other IR tool stops at follower counts and CTRs. SharePulse runs the line all the way through: this LinkedIn post → these subscribers → these deck downloads → this NOBO entry. The DTC marketing funnel, applied to investor acquisition. You finally know which posts, emails, and events actually moved the needle on shareholder count.

What this means

Conversion tracking. Funnel attribution per contact. Tracked links. Engagement scoring. Event → outcome ledger.

03

Built by someone running it themselves on a public Nasdaq ticker

SharePulse came out of Onfolio (Nasdaq: ONFO) — a real small-cap that needed to know what was working. Every feature exists because Dom or one of the early users hit the problem in real IR work, not because a product manager imagined it. The roadmap is set by people doing IR for a living, not selling software to people doing IR for a living.

What this means

Real-issuer origin. Compliance-safe by design (SEC-listed founder, public-company workflow constraints baked in). Agentic features always human-approved.

04

Grounded in your data, not the public internet

Every agent retrieves from your private knowledge base — your filings, decks, transcripts, and site content — before it drafts anything. When Catalyst proposes an angle, you see which peer PR it came from. When Pro Outreach drafts an email, it's modeled on your past voice. The 'is this just GPT slop' question has a citation as its answer.

What this means

Per-issuer RAG. Shared peer corpus. Citation panel on every agent draft. Properly multi-tenant scoped — your data never leaks to another firm.

By the Numbers

Real numbers from a real Nasdaq company.

SharePulse was built from running IR at Onfolio Holdings (ONFO) — a real Nasdaq-listed small-cap. Here's what happened after we started using it on February 13, 2026.

From the founder

Why I built this.

I built SharePulse because I wanted to apply a digital marketing lens to Investor Relations activities. I wanted to see what drove results, which shareholders engaged the most, who increased or decreased their positions, and what the overall picture was for shareholder sentiment. I then realized I could start looking at peers, and reverse engineer what they were doing well, and it expanded from there.
